The Queensland Multidisciplinary Initiative
for
Neurocognitive Difficulties

Our Team

The QLD MIND Project draws on the strengths of a multidisciplinary team of researchers and clinicians who share the common goal of identifying effective ways to support and strengthen neurocognitive function.

Our Approach

Our work focuses on better understanding when and why specific types of neurocognitive difficulties present in many clinical disorders, as well as how some normal age-related cognitive changes can pose a threat to
wellbeing in our later years.

Our most important objective is to develop evidence-based strategies and interventions that can help prevent core cognitive abilities from breaking down in everyday life and help people maintain an optimal quality of
life for as long as possible.
